SHIPPING POLICY

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00pm. Email will sent when shipment is ready for pickup. If you prefer curbside pick, please call us or email. 

 

Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday). We do not ship outside of USA at this time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete
details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Most items may be returned within 14 days after the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You will receive a refund for the price of the item(s) along with shipping and handling costs for both initial shipment and return freight only for defective, damaged or misshipped items. For all other items, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items, unless the items are found to be defective upon opening. We do not accept the return of broken products caused by misuse.

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Marred or damaged product will not be accepted for restocking.
If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the following conditions:

Non-returnable Items:

• PPE (Personal protective equipment), supplies, teeth whitening products, fluoride varnish, prophy paste, cosmetic and restoration products may not be returned, unless defective or mis-shipped.

Requesting a Return Authorization

To request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) for an item, please call us at (714) 660- 7351within the return period stated above. Once processed, you will receive an RA#. Simply print the RA# on a label and attach it to your shipment.

Returns will not be accepted without an RA#. RA#(s) expire 14 days (or 2 weeks) after the date of issuance. Items returned after that time frame will not be accepted. If you are not using a preprinted label, write the RA# clearly on the OUTSIDE of the shipping package, preferably in the address area of the return label. Please do not write directly on the manufacturer’s box.

Return Shipping Methods

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS® or FedEx®. Please be sure to keep your invoice. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. If you choose to send your item by a non-trackable method, we recommend that you insure the package for the full value of your returned shipment.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our suppliers. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your statement.
